About these terms
These terms apply to the Math For Maya mobile app, developed and published by BestDev. A parent, guardian or teacher should supervise a child's use of the app and review these terms on the child's behalf.
Educational purpose
Math For Maya provides maths practice activities for general educational use. It is a supplementary learning tool and is not a replacement for professional teaching, assessment or educational advice.
Permitted use
You may install and use the app for personal, family or classroom learning in accordance with the Google Play terms that apply to your download. You must not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Availability and changes
BestDev may improve, change or discontinue app features. BestDev aims to keep the app accurate and reliable but cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors on every device.
No accounts or payments
The app does not provide accounts, advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Intellectual property
The app, its visual design and its original content are owned by BestDev or used under applicable licences. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. Math For Maya does not collect or transmit personal data.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page and its effective date will be updated.
